Executive Summary:

 

The Chemical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering Building is located in State College, PA. In order to meet the growing demand for students in both departments, Penn State University decided to completely demolish the old Fenske Building and replace with the new Chemical and Biomedical Engineering Building. The building is well designed and the construction team is able to work delicately to achieve an energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, multi-functional building.

The following proposal contains four analyses is not to evaluate the effort or performance of the project team but to provide alternative solutions to the project or industry.
